Your actual salary will be determined by a number of factors, including: your specific skills and experience, geographic region, or other relevant factors.Qualifications Minimum 8 years of experience in a technical role within a factory environment, with production-related responsibilities. Essential prior experience in a graphic printing, laundry, dyeing house, or garment factory. Strong knowledge of knit fabrics, especially Single Jersey, Fleece, and Terry. Experience in color management is required. Ability to clearly present issues and solutions to peers, management, and US customers. Willingness to travel. Established close working relationships with chemical and machinery suppliers within the last 3–5 years. Results-oriented and able to work independently with minimal supervision. Strong interpersonal and influencing skills, with excellent communication abilities.
