Job DescriptionWe have an paid opportunity for Intern Bachelors Customer Experience with Honeywell in Bucharest. Reporting to the Customer Experience Supervisor, you will ensure exceptional customer experiences, resolve issues, and provide insights to improve interactions, enhancing satisfaction and loyaltyThis role is part of our University Relations program, designed to help students and recent graduates launch their careers with hands-on experience, mentorship, and opportunities for growth within Honeywell. ResponsibilitiesAssist in the successful fulfillment of all requests regarding order processing and purchasing activities.Ensure accurate and timely accounting for all orders, contracts, and projects within Honeywell systems, including issuing invoices and creating credit requests as needed.Facilitate the updating of customer accounts in SAP by submitting requests for creation, extension, and amendment, while also managing material creation and pricing adjustments.Generate regular reports for management and collaborate with the purchasing department to maintain 90% on-time delivery, ensuring compliance with Honeywell’s pricing and delivery terms.Monitor supplier orders and delivery schedules, ensuring timely updates to customers about delivery statuses and confirmations, while also addressing any issues related to delays or returns.Work closely with the Team to resolve invoice discrepancies and provide ongoing support to the local sales and operations departments for administrative activities.QualificationsCurrently enrolled in a master’s level program at a university or graduated within the past 12 monthsFluent English (B2 and above); Any other language skill is a plus (French, Spanish, Dutch, German, Italian)Displays a strong customer-oriented mindset and takes initiative in addressing customer needs and actionsGrowth mindset and resilient personalityDemonstrates a strong willingness to learn and thrive in dynamic team environments, fostering a collaborative spiritKnowledge of MS Office suite We Offer Career Growth: Clear pathways for advancement, regular feedback, and mentorship opportunities.
