Key ResponsibilitiesAssist in maintaining the general ledger, ensuring accurate and timely posting of transactionsSupport monthly and quarterly financial reporting and preparation of schedulesAssist in the preparation and review of journal entries and account reconciliationsSupport documentation, implementation, and compliance with Finance SOPsAssist in fixed asset accounting, including asset capitalization, depreciation, disposals, and asset taggingMaintain and update the fixed asset register and related supporting documentationAssist in preparation of audit schedules and finance-related documentationSupport month-end and year-end closing activitiesEnsure proper filing and record-keeping in line with internal control requirementsPerson SpecificationsCandidates currently following CA Sri Lanka / ACCA / CIMA / University degree in Finance or AccountingBasic understanding of accounting principles and financial reportingStrong attention to detail and accuracyGood analytical and problem-solving skillsAbility to manage deadlines and work collaboratively within a teamGood communication skills (both written and verbal)
