Loan Processing Officer – Offshore Mortgage (AFG / BrokerEngine)

We are seeking a detail-oriented Loan Processing Officer to support an offshore mortgage broking operation. The role will focus on end-to-end loan processing, lender liaison, and ensuring timely and compliant submission of mortgage applications. This position is critical to maintaining service quality and turnaround times for Australian clients.ResponsibilitiesManage end-to-end mortgage application processing from submission to settlementCollect, verify, and review supporting documentation in line with lender requirementsLiaise with brokers, lenders, and clients to obtain outstanding informationPrepare and lodge applications via AFG Flex or BrokerEngineTrack application progress and proactively follow up on outstanding conditionsMaintain accurate CRM and workflow updatesEnsure compliance with Australian lending guidelines and internal processesSupport brokers with post-submission and settlement tasksIdentify process improvements to enhance turnaround timesQualifications3–4 years’ experience in mortgage loan processing (Australian market preferred)Hands-on experience with AFG Flex (preferred) or BrokerEngineStrong understanding of Australian mortgage products, documentation, and complianceExcellent attention to detail and organisational skillsStrong written and verbal English communication skillsAbility to manage multiple files and deadlines in a fast-paced environmentProficiency in Microsoft Office and CRM systems
