Responsibilities Job Purpose and Responsibilities Position Purpose: Develop full stack applications on the internal systems platform to cater to various audiences like operation, risk and client services teams.Primary duties will include: Implement small-to-medium UI/Serverside features with appropriate unit tests using typescript/react/nodejs and/or java Participate in code reviews; apply feedback and follow the team’s style guide Document components, APIs, and troubleshooting steps in the repo/wiki Participate in scrum ceremonies Learn about any one area of business Qualifications Technology Ecosystem: Front-End: React, JavaScript, Typescript (all 3 must have) Back End: Node JS (must have), Java (optional) Database: Postgres Cloud: Azure (optional) StoneX Essential Qualifications Ability to maintain confidentiality and appropriately handle sensitive information with tact and discretion Sound verbal/written communication abilities Effective interpersonal skills Sense of urgency Honesty, curiosity, and tenacity Strong work ethic and emphasis on attention to detail The confidence to fail Early Careers Requirements Pursuing a bachelor’s degree from an accredited university in a relevant program and graduating between December 2026 and August 2027 (entering penultimate year of university) Available for a July 2026 start date for a 13-week program Proficiency with Microsoft Office suite (preferably Excel) Must be authorized to work in Poland for any employer Working environment Hybrid with minimum of 4 days in the office.
