You will also ensure accurate document control, support archiving and provide basic finance and administrative assistance, working closely with colleagues and receiving regular guidance from senior lawyers and officers to develop your operational and technical legal skills.ContractsAssist in finalizing and executing pending or newly negotiated RC (Regulatory/Representative/Retainer - specify as relevant) agreements based on approved templates.Registration & regulatory supportMaintain KPMG's registration matrix for Hong Kong and Taiwan; perform quarterly checks against local prospectuses and confirm with local counsel as needed.Coordinate review and signatures for forms/letters of authority for Singapore and South Korea filings.Prepare semi‑annual registration matrix extracts to support statutory/annual accounts (focus: Switzerland and Hong Kong).Documentation & recordsSave and version-control the latest prospectuses and translations in the correct folders.Update the Legal contract database with existing and new contracts, including key metadata.Support paper-file archiving by entity.Finance & admin supportRegister incoming invoices in the pending invoices book and perform basic tracking. PROFILECurrently enrolled in a Bachelor's or Master's program in Business Law.A first experience in the finance sector (internship, clerkship or similar) is ideal.Fluent in French and English.Strong interest in investment funds.Highly organized with a clear sense of priorities and strong attention to detail/rigour.Proven team spirit and ability to work collaboratively.An internship agreement provided by the school or the university is mandatory.
