A leading international law firm, consistently ranked Tier 1 globally and with a significant and dynamic presence in Luxembourg, is seeking a highly experienced and entrepreneurial Senior Corporate Lawyer to join its high-performing Corporate/M&A practice.This role offers the opportunity to work on the most complex, high-value, and often cross-border transactions for a world-class client base, including multinational corporations, financial institutions, and leading private equity houses. The successful candidate will be a key player in the team, taking on substantial responsibility, managing junior colleagues, and playing an active role in business development initiatives. Key ResponsibilitiesTransactional Leadership: Independently lead and manage complex corporate transactions under the supervision of Partners, including M&A, joint ventures, group restructurings, refinancings, and venture capital deals.Advisory Role: Provide sophisticated, strategic, and pragmatic legal advice to local and international clients on the full spectrum of Luxembourg corporate law matters.Documentation & Negotiation: Draft, review, and negotiate all core legal and corporate documents (e.g., share purchase agreements, articles of association, shareholder agreements).Cross-Border Coordination: Act as a central point of contact and coordinator for multi-jurisdictional projects, liaising seamlessly with colleagues across the firm's global network.Team Management & Mentoring: Supervise, train, and mentor junior lawyers and associates, fostering a culture of excellence and knowledge-sharing.Business Development: Actively participate in client relationship management and firm-wide business development activities to expand the practice's market presence. Candidate ProfileExperience: Between 5 and 8 years of relevant post-qualification experience in corporate law within a highly regarded international or top-tier Luxembourg law firm.Jurisdictional Expertise: Deep and comprehensive knowledge of Luxembourg corporate law is essential.Bar Admission: Qualified lawyer with admission to the Luxembourg Bar (List I or List II) or an equivalent European Bar, with a willingness to requalify.Languages: Fluent professional working proficiency in both English and French (written and spoken) is mandatory.
