Quality Assurance (QA) & Regulatory Affairs (RA) Manager LocationEurope – Luxembourg (Hybrid) Reports toVP Global Operations Position TypeFull Time Relocation Assistance Not Available OverviewThe QA & RA Manager is responsible for ensuring the safety, quality, and regulatory compliance of Incredo’s products manufactured globally, as well as overseeing the development work conducted in Israel to ensure product safety, proper handling, and compliance with internal and regulatory standards. This role supports cross-functional operations including R&D and Applications, Manufacturing, Supply Chain, and Commercial teams, and serves as a key contact for co-manufacturers, ingredient and packaging suppliers, and regulatory authorities across multiple regions. Key Responsibilities1. Quality Assurance & Food Safety·       Lead the continuous improvement and implementation of the company’s Quality Management System (QMS):  *Developing and updating SOPs and work Instructions *Leading internal audits and gap assessments, implementation of corrective and preventive actions (CAPA) *Ensuring proper documentation control *Coordinating quality training·       Conduct quality risk assessments and manage change controls for new ingredients, technologies, packaging, and manufacturing processes.·       Lead crisis management activities related to quality and food safety issues.·       Serve as QA escalation point for product complaints, deviations, and out-of-spec results, leading investigations and CAPA implementation. 2. Co-Manufacturer & Supplier Oversight·       Manage the supplier approval program, including raw material and packaging qualification, supplier audits, and ongoing performance monitoring (e.g COAs, batch records, specifications, deviations, CAPAs, and release documentation)·       Lead QA evaluation and onboarding of co-manufacturers (e.g., in the US, EU and other emerging countries), ensuring compliance with quality , regulatory and internal standards (e.g GFSI schemes, HACCP, GMP, allergen control, environmental monitoring, hygiene and cleaning programs etc.)·       Coordinate audit, mock recall, and process validation requirements for contract manufacturers.·       Lead the QA aspects of production campaigns coordination with co-manufacturers, including pre-production preparations, sampling plans, setting labels etc..·       Oversee traceability records, batch documentation, and release parameters from co-manufacturers and suppliers to ensure full compliance with Incredo’s quality standards. 3. Regulatory Affairs·       Regulatory characterization of Incredo’s products across various regions (e.g. EU, USA, Canada, Israel)  including GRAS, Organic, Kosher and Halal, novel food assessments, food additive permissions, and ingredient labeling requirements. ·       Leading and coordination of regulatory submission and approvals with relevant authorities, domestically and internationally·       Advise Incredo’s customers and internal teams on regulatory and quality matters4. Technical and commercial Support ·       Lead the preparation and management of Incredo’s commercial and regulatory documentation for customers·       Ensure compliance of samples and data provided during exhibitions, customer demos, and product presentations.·       Support shelf-life testing, stability studies and sensory evaluations. Qualifications·       Bachelor’s degree in Food Science, Microbiology, Biotechnology, Chemistry, or related field.·       10+  years’ experience in quality assurance, regulatory affairs, or food safety.·       Language: Must be fluent in English. Skills in Hebrew and other languages are desirable, but not required.·       Experienced in HACCP, GMPs, ISO 9001, and related food safety and quality systems.·       Experience in Co-manufacturers and supplier management ·       Experience in regulatory interpretation and compliance strategy, with expertise in global food regulations.·       Excellent communication skills and ability to collaborate cross-functionally.·       Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.·       Practical, hands-on approach to QA troubleshooting
