Intern - Strategic Reporting & Analysis

Job Description:We are looking for a driven intern to join the Strategic Reporting & Analysis team under Finance function. This plays a key role in driving standardized reporting processes, ensuring data accuracy, and delivering insightful dashboards and analytics to support strategic decision-making across the finance function.Key Responsibilities:Oversee end-to-end consolidation of standard reporting across the regions into a centralized team. Align report with standardization, formatting, and delivery cadence. Ensure data integrity and consistency. Maintain and continuously improve the automated reporting solutions. Requirements:Minimum CGPA of 3.2Prefer candidates who are open to potential full-time opportunities upon completion of the internshipPrefer candidates who are able to commit to a minimum 6-month internshipStrong attention to detail and ability to work with large datasets. Solid proficiency in Excel and Power BI. Ability to interpret data, identify trends, and provide actionable insights. Effective communication skills for working with cross-functional stakeholders. Experience in process improvement, automation, or data visualization is an advantage. Self-driven with ability to manage multiple deliverables independently. Good to Have (Preferred Skills):Exposure to data manipulation & visualization techniques (e.g., Power Query, Microsoft Excel, Power BI).
