That means developing, delivering, and selling the state-of-the-art products and digital tools that make top performers even better.Purpose of RoleThe Intern, Account Services (Supply Chain), will be responsible for supporting the supply chain operation, strategies and projects of the Supply Chain team. They will have the opportunity to embark on a 360° learning journey and become a part of the team behind SAPAC Supply Chain team.Your ImpactEnd-to-End Supply Chain ProcessCollaborate with the team to manage the entire supply chain process, including inbound, warehouse, and outbound operations.Inbound OperationsLiaise with third-party logistics (3PL) partners and freight forwarders.Focus on return management by coordinating with internal team (UA.com) and external stakeholders from e-commerce platforms such as Shopee, Lazada, and TikTok and warehouse team.Utilize warehouse and online channel team for coordinating return data and ensure warehouse receipt of returned parcels.Update spreadsheets and dashboards to track inbound/return logistics activities.Prepare and send out weekly reports.Warehouse OperationsGain an understanding of warehouse operational flows and their complexities.Outbound OperationsWork cross-functionally to gather input and align demand plans based on sales and market demand.Assist in developing delivery plans and processing invoices for wholesale customers.Cooperate with the Merchandise and wholesale teams to plan deliveries.QualificationsHas a strong interest in Logistics and Supply chain management.Bachelor’s degree in supply chain management, business or related field preferredStrong communication and stakeholder management skillsAnalytical and presentation skillsAble to work with a team/independently where neededWilling to listen, include, and respect the beliefs of teammates.Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite (Excel, PowerPoint, Word)RelocationNo relocation providedOur Commitment to Equal OpportunityAt Under Armour, we are committed to providing an environment of mutual respect where equal employment opportunities are available to all applicants and teammates without regard to race, color, religion or belief, sex, pregnancy (including childbirth, lactation and related medical conditions), national origin, age, physical and mental disability, marital status, sexual orientation, gender identity, gender expression, genetic information (including characteristics and testing), military and veteran status, family or paternal status and any other characteristic protected by applicable law.
