This internship offers hands-on experience in healthcare analytics whilst contributing to meaningful public health initiatives.Job ResponsibilitiesDesign and develop automated PowerBI dashboards and reports to track key healthcare metrics and outcomes across mental health and population health programmesCollaborate with healthcare professionals to understand data requirements and translate them into meaningful visualisationsClean, validate, and analyse healthcare datasets to ensure data quality and accuracy in reportingSupport the development of standardised reporting templates and documentation for sustainable analytics practicesAssist in identifying trends and patterns in healthcare data to support evidence-based decision makingRequirementsCurrently pursuing a degree in Data Analytics, Computer Science, Healthcare Management, or related fieldStrong proficiency in PowerBI and data visualisation techniquesExperience with SQL and data manipulationExcellent analytical and problem-solving skillsStrong interest in healthcare analytics, particularly in mental health and population healthAbout IMHThe Institute of Mental Health (IMH) in Singapore, established in 1928, is a premier 2,000-bed psychiatric hospital nestled in Buangkok Green Medical Park, providing comprehensive mental health services across 50 inpatient wards and 7 outpatient clinics, while also playing a pivotal role in training the next generation of mental health professionals through the NHG-AHPL Residency Programme and collaborations with local academic institutions.
