This internship offers a unique opportunity to gain hands-on experience in payroll operations within a dynamic and fast-paced environment. You will support the Payroll team in ensuring accurate and timely processing of employee compensation, while learning about local labor regulations and internal HR processes.Your Role Accountabilities…Provide general administrative support to the Payroll team.Support the collection, organization, and filing of employee documentation related to payroll topics.Contribute to special projects within the Payroll team.Collaborate with internal teams (HR, Finance, Legal) to ensure compliance with local labor laws.Assist in audits and reporting activities as needed.Qualifications & Experience…Currently pursuing a degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Accounting, or a related field.Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and other Office tools.Strong analytical skills and attention to detail.Good communication skills, with intermediate English proficiency considered a plus.Enthusiasm for learning and being part of a collaborative team culture.ability to manage confidential and sensitive information with discretion.How We Get Things Done…This last bit is probably the most important!
