Internal Audit Jr Manager (Plantation)

Job Description:Understand and document the business operations, and relevant processes and controls.Aid the internal audit manager and head in developing and implementing the Annual Audit Plan.Conduct and directly supervise the audit team in the conduct of the regular, spot or special audit engagements.Sets and conducts initial and exit meeting.Prepares the initial and final audit reports and review made by audit team members.Present the audit findings that require attention or escalation to concerned units. Prepare and update the audit program.Job Requirement:Bachelor / Masters degree from Agriculture or related major.Minimal 5 years experience as Auditor in Plantation/Farming company.Have a great attention to detail & analytical skill.
