Join a team that values innovation and growth.DOO you have what it takes?What you’ll be working on:Perform month-end and year-end closing, ensuring accuracy and completeness of financial statements.Prepare and review journal entries, accruals, and adjustments.Conduct intercompany reconciliations and ensure proper settlement across entities.Maintain balance sheet substantiations and supporting schedules.Handle fixed asset accounting, including capitalization, depreciation, and disposals.Ensure compliance with group accounting policies and internal control standards.Review accounts payable and accounts receivable postings for accuracy and completeness.Assist in the monthly cashflow OPEX budget review and forecast updates.Prepare and file monthly tax reports (e.g., VAT/GST) and support compliance requirements.Support preparation of reports for local statutory and regulatory authorities.Manage bank-related administrative matters including maintenance and authorized signatory updates.Liaise with outsourced accounting providers and conduct first-level review of their deliverables.Support internal and external audit processes with necessary documentation and analysis.Identify and drive process improvements within the R2R function.What we’re looking for:Bachelor’s Degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.Professional certification such as ACCA, CPA, CIMA, ICAEW, or MIA is a strong advantage.Minimum 3–5 years of experience in financial accounting or Record to Report (R2R).Prior experience in a multinational corporation highly preferred.Exposure to multi-entity and multi-currency accounting environments.Strong knowledge of International Financial Reporting Standards (IFRS).Proficient in ERP systems such as SAP, Oracle, or NetSuite.Advanced skills in Microsoft Excel (pivot tables, VLOOKUPs, formulas).Solid understanding of tax compliance, banking procedures, and fixed asset management.High attention to detail and accuracy.Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.Excellent interpersonal and communication skills in English.Team player with the ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.Proactive mindset with a focus on continuous improvement.Life as DOOersAt Doo Group, we embrace a culture where continuous growth, collaboration, and creativity are at the heart of everything we do.
