What differentiates BDO as an employer is our focus on relationships.About the RoleBDO UAE is looking for a Manager to lead their dynamic Risk Advisory team in UAE.This role entails the following:Manage the delivery of Risk Advisory engagements.Assist in managing the financial aspects of engagements by organizing staffing, tracking fees and communicating issues to project leaders.Participate in business development initiatives.Build strong internal relationships within the BDO Risk Advisory Services Division and across other Service Divisions.Develop people through effectively supervising, coaching and mentoring staff.Conduct performance reviews and contribute to performance feedback for staff.Contribute to people initiatives including recruiting, retaining and training Risk Advisory professionals.Contribute to the maintenance of an educational program to continually develop personal skills of staff.Understand and follow workplace policies and procedures.Key Attributed & Experience Parameters: Good communication skills – both written and verbal.Highly refined planning, leadership, relationship building and analytical skills.Ability to manage multiple engagements and competing priorities in a rapidly growing, fast-paced, interactive, results-based team environment is required.Excellent interpersonal skills – with positive & enthusiastic attitude.Minimum 6-8 years of relevant work experience in a similar profile.A bachelor's degree in accounting, finance or equivalent.Must possess a professional certification such as CA/ACCA/CPA.Strong attention to detail and an analytical mind.BDO's Story:The BDO story is truly remarkable one, built on solid foundations laid by our visionary founder.
