🔹 Job Title: Internal Auditing Manager🔹 Location: Giza – 6th of October City🔹 Organization: El Safwa HospitalAbout the Role:El Safwa Hospital is seeking a highly experienced and detail-oriented Internal Auditing Manager to oversee and enhance the hospital’s internal audit function. The successful candidate will play a key role in ensuring effective risk management, regulatory compliance, and operational excellence across all departments.Key Responsibilities:Develop, implement, and maintain an effective internal audit plan aligned with the hospital’s strategic objectives.Conduct risk assessments and identify areas for improvement in financial and operational controls.Lead and supervise internal audit engagements, ensuring adherence to healthcare regulations and internal policies.Evaluate the efficiency and adequacy of internal control systems and recommend enhancements.Prepare detailed audit reports and present findings and recommendations to senior management.Ensure continuous monitoring, follow-up, and closure of corrective actions.Collaborate with finance, operations, and compliance teams to maintain transparency and accountability.Qualifications & Skills:Education: Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.Certification: CMA Holder (Certified Management Accountant) – mandatory.Experience: Minimum of 10 years of experience in internal auditing, preferably in the healthcare or hospital sector.Strong leadership, analytical, and problem-solving skills.In-depth understanding of auditing standards, internal controls, and risk management.Excellent communication and reporting abilities.Proficiency in ERP systems and MS Office applications.How to Apply:Interested candidates are invited to send their CV to:📧 info@hireandwir.comPlease mention “Internal Auditing Manager – El Safwa Hospital” in the email subject line.
