This is a full time, remote and permanent role as per the US Central timezoneWe are seeking a strategic, analytical, and detail-oriented Hotel Revenue Manager to oversee revenue optimization and pricing strategy across our hotel portfolio. The ideal candidate will have strong experience with Opera PMS, Apollo, and advanced revenue management techniques to maximize profitability and occupancy while maintaining brand positioning and competitive edge.If you excel at turning data into action, forecasting demand, and creating winning revenue strategies — this role is for you.Key ResponsibilitiesDevelop and execute dynamic pricing, distribution, and inventory management strategies to maximize RevPAR and GOPAnalyze market trends, booking patterns, and competitor performance to identify opportunities for growthPrepare detailed forecasting and performance reports using data from PMS, channel managers, and OTAsManage and optimize distribution channels (OTAs, brand websites, GDS) to ensure rate parity and maximize online visibilityCollaborate with sales, marketing, and operations teams to align pricing with promotions and business goalsImplement yield management tactics and revenue optimization strategies based on market demand and historical performanceMonitor and adjust rate strategies in real time across all online platformsDrive performance through KPI tracking including ADR, RevPAR, Occupancy, and GOPPARPresent weekly and monthly performance reports with actionable insights for leadershipRequirementsEducation & ExperienceBachelor’s degree in Hospitality Management, Business Administration, or related field3+ years of proven experience as a Revenue Manager or in hotel revenue management (multi-property experience preferred)Strong command over Opera PMS and Apollo systemsAdvanced skills in Excel, BI tools, and data analytics platformsDeep understanding of distribution channels, rate parity, and OTA managementKnowledge of forecasting models, market segmentation, and yield management principlesSkills & AttributesAnalytical thinker with excellent attention to detailStrong numerical, reporting, and problem-solving skillsSelf-driven with ability to work independently in a remote environmentExcellent communication and stakeholder management abilitiesProactive and adaptive to fast-changing marketsPreferred QualificationsExperience managing US or North American hotel marketsFamiliarity with channel managers (SiteMinder, TravelClick, etc.)Certification in Revenue Management (e.g., CRME or Cornell certificate) is a plusPowered by JazzHRbg1GaJ6qfi
