We expect bold, smart, agile teammates who thrive in a high-growth environment.The RoleWe’re looking for an Accountant who can be the financial backbone of our operations, helping keep our creator and startup-investing arms running smoothly. You’ll join immediately, work hands-on, and own key accounting processes from day one overseeing our in-house book-keeper.What You’ll DoMaintain day-to-day accounting ledger, record transactions, reconcile accounts, prepare monthly journals and financial statements.Manage accounts payable & receivable: invoices, payments to vendors, creator commissions, and ensure timely processing.Ensure proper bookkeeping and support in audit preparation, tax filings, financial compliance (UAE & region).Work closely with operations, talent, and investment teams to track budget vs actuals, cash-flow forecasting, and ad-hoc reporting.Help build and scale financial systems and processes; we’re growing fast and you’ll help make the infrastructure.Provide accurate, timely financial info and insights to decision-makers, ensuring transparency and control across all business units.What We NeedBased in Dubai. We want someone on the ground, ready to hit the ground running.Proven experience as an accountant (minimum 2-4 years ideally in UAE or a similar fast-paced environment).Strong understanding of UAE accounting standards, compliance obligations, VAT, etc.Fluency in English is required; Arabic is highly desirable given our regional operations.Highly organized, detail-obsessed, comfortable in a startup environment where things change fast.
