If so, we want to hear from you!.The University of Bedfordshire is seeking an enthusiastic and forward-thinking Communications Assistant to join our small but busy Communications team. In this role, you will have the opportunity to craft engaging and impactful content for both students and staff, spanning a variety of digital platforms—including our award-winning student app! From newsletters and digital signage to email campaigns and social media, you’ll be at the heart of keeping our university connected and informed..What you’ll do:.·      Create high-quality, creative content for students and staff·      Develop engaging newsletters, updates for the student app, and content for our staff intranet using a content management system (CMS).·      Capture and edit videos and photos to bring stories to life visually.·      Work alongside our talented marketing team and our faculties and departments to collaborate on exciting campaigns and initiatives aimed at enhancing student and staff engagement.·      Liaising with student content creators to help create vibrant student communication channels.·      Offer expert advice and guidance to colleagues on how to communicate effectively with our diverse university audience.·      Monitor the performance of our channels and use your findings to refine our communications and maximise engagement..Why you’ll love this role:.As part of a close-knit team, you’ll contribute to a variety of creative projects and gain valuable experience across multiple platforms.
