Job Description

Duties and ResponsibilitiesOversee and manage the hotel’s internal controls and financial processes.Conduct regular audits to assess compliance and identify process gaps or weaknesses.Liaise with the financial reporting team to ensure monthly management packs are accurate and complete.Lead the preparation of annual budgets and forecasts.Analyze financial reports, budgets, and forecasts to support effective decision-making.Monitor and manage financial risks to ensure the hotel’s financial stability.Provide training and guidance to finance staff to support their professional development.Maintain and update Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs).Assist departments with cost monitoring and control processes.Perform any other cognate duties as required.
