Internal Controller

We're partnering with a leading retail company to hire an Internal Controller based in KSA. Collaborate with the regional Internal Audit & Control team to implement the internal control roadmap for the market.Ensure compliance with corporate internal control and audit requirements.Coordinate and communicate results of regional or head office audits.Conduct store audits across KSA in line with the regional audit calendar.Track and follow up on action plans arising from audit findings.Monitor and analyze transactions to identify potential fraud or control breaches using internal fraud detection tools.Perform monthly reviews of store reconciliations, shrinkage reports, and cycle count results.Investigate and document incidents of fraud or irregularities, including root cause analysis and formal reporting.Support the regional team in internal audit, control, and fraud-related projects.Partner with business leaders to raise awareness and strengthen control culture across front and back-office operations.
