We serve as a strategic partner to retailers in Vietnam and craft impactful marketing communications to help brands reach a wider audience and elevate the quality of the beauty industry.Role Description1.    Livestream Planning & Coordination: -       Collaborate with HR, Communications, and relevant departments to understand event objectives and livestream requirements.-       Develop livestream schedules, run-downs, and content flow.-       Coordinate with speakers, hosts, and supporting teams for smooth execution. 2.    Technical Setup & Operations:-       Manage livestream platforms (Zoom, Teams, Workplace, YouTube private, or other internal tools).-       Handle audio, lighting, camera setup, and streaming equipment.-       Conduct pre-event technical checks and troubleshoot issues in real-time.-       Ensure stable internet connection and backup plans to minimize disruptions.3.    Studio Rental:-       Finding clients for Livestream room rental -       Support and Operate Livestream room with clients to optimize company profits4.    Post-Event Management:-       Edit and archive livestream recordings for internal library.-       Share highlights, recap videos, or reports with employees.-       Collect feedback and track engagement metrics to improve future sessions..5.    Process & Compliance:-       Maintain equipment inventory and manage technical upgrades when necessary.-       Ensure livestream content follows company guidelines and confidentiality policies.-       Document processes and build SOPs for internal livestreaming.
