Job Description

Client: Recruitment firm based in Australia Schedule: Potential WFH, from 7am to 4pm to follow AUS time zone Status: Contract based under Intro Recruitment Personnel We are seeking for an experienced Volume Recruiter who will be responsible for delivering high-quality, high-volume recruitment outcomes across Eureka's frontline, operational, and support roles. He/She will manage end-to-end recruitment for high-volume roles (Village Managers, Chefs, Kitchen Hands, Grounds & Maintenance, and frontline support staff). Proactively source candidates through job boards, talent pools, community networks, and internal referrals. Screen, shortlist, and coordinate interviews. Build and maintain casual pools, and Manage advertising, including writing engaging job ads. Qualifications: -Minimum 2+ years' experience in recruitment, ideally volume or frontline hiring. -Experience supporting Australian market or clients would be an advantage -Experience in aged care, hospitality, retail, or similar high-volume industries desirable. -Tech-savvy with experience in ATS/HRIS systems and Microsoft Office -Strong communication skills and stakeholder management-Knowledge of employment law, visas, and compliance requirements.
