Company Description Virtue Agency is at the forefront of digital innovation, and has been contracted to bring a sales team across London and nationally. Role Description This is a full-time, on-site Internal Recruiter position located on site in Westminster.The Internal Recruiter will oversee the full recruitment cycle, from sourcing and screening candidates to coordinating interviews and supporting the onboarding process. Creating job descriptions, posting job listings on various platforms, and building talent pipelines ising our in house CRM. Qualifications Recruitment and talent sourcing skills, including the ability to identify and connect with potential candidates through various platforms and networks.Experience in developing job descriptions and managing the end-to-end hiring process efficiently.Strong interpersonal, communication, and organizational skills to manage multiple recruitment activities simultaneously.Knowledge of HR processes, legal considerations in hiring, and familiarity with applicant tracking systems (ATS).Ability to work collaboratively with teams and hiring managers to identify and meet staffing needs effectively.Proactive approach to employer branding and creating a positive candidate experience.Proficient in analyzing recruitment metrics to optimize hiring strategies.Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field is preferred.Prior experience in recruitment, particularly in the technology or digital innovation sector, is advantageous.
