I. Job PositioningAs a core commercial executor for the international airfare business, you will focus on the implementation of airline partnerships, execution of commercial strategies, and response to customer needs for international airfare in the U.S. market. By connecting with airline resources, optimizing cooperation details, and collaborating with internal teams, you will help the international airfare business achieve revenue and customer satisfaction goals. Meanwhile, you will deeply participate in tracking market dynamics and business optimization to provide high-value airfare solutions for international travelers in North America.II. Core Job ResponsibilitiesAirline Partnership Connection and MaintenanceConnect with regional teams of major North American domestic airlines (e.g., Delta, United, American Airlines) and key global international airlines (e.g., Emirates, Lufthansa, Singapore Airlines) to implement signed international airfare procurement agreements, ensuring that prices, inventory, and refund/change policies for core routes are implemented as agreed.Communicate regularly with airline commercial contacts, provide feedback on customer booking data (e.g., route preferences, load factors), resolve implementation issues in cooperation (e.g., inventory fluctuations, price anomalies), and maintain stable cooperative relationships.Assist superiors in advancing negotiations for new airline partnerships, collect airline cooperation needs, organize materials for cooperation plans, and participate in pre-negotiation preparations and post-agreement implementation follow-ups.Commercial Strategy Execution and Performance TrackingImplement pricing strategies and promotional programs for the international airfare business (e.g., seasonal business route discounts, multi-segment itinerary offers, exclusive corporate client pricing), and collaborate with the product team to ensure that preferential policies are accurately launched on booking platforms (APP/official website).Track key indicators of the international airfare business (e.g., route booking volume, average transaction value, gross profit contribution), generate weekly/monthly data review reports, analyze the effectiveness of strategy execution, and propose optimization suggestions (e.g., adjusting promotional intensity for low-margin routes, increasing resource investment in high-demand routes).Manage daily costs of the international airfare business (e.g., airline procurement costs, channel fees) to ensure costs are controlled within the budget, and assist superiors in compiling and analyzing P&L (Profit and Loss) data.Customer Need Response and Experience OptimizationConnect with the international airfare needs of corporate clients (e.g., multinational companies, travel management companies/TMCs), provide customized solutions (e.g., exclusive corporate booking channels, travel policy adaptation, emergency rebooking support), and ensure rapid response to customer needs.Collect customer feedback (e.g., booking process pain points, airline service issues), collaborate with the customer service team to optimize international airfare service standards (e.g., multilingual communication support, real-time flight status updates), and improve customer satisfaction and repurchase rates.Assist the marketing team in executing international airfare-themed campaigns (e.g., "Business Travel Season," "Cross-border Travel Package Promotion"), provide airline resource support (e.g., exclusive discounts, joint benefits), and help the campaigns achieve traffic acquisition and conversion goals.Market Dynamics and Competitor TrackingTrack market dynamics of international travel in North America, including airline route adjustments, visa policy changes, and industry price trends (e.g., fuel surcharge fluctuations), and promptly share updates with internal teams.Research the international airfare commercial strategies of competitors (e.g., Expedia, Kayak, Priceline) (e.g., promotional activities, airline cooperation benefits), compile competitor analysis reports, and provide references for the company’s strategy optimization.Participate in industry exhibitions (e.g., American Society of Travel Advisors Expo), learn about innovation directions in the international airfare business (e.g., sustainable aviation products, high-end customized airfare services), and reserve information for business upgrades.III. Job RequirementsEducation and ExperienceBachelor’s degree or above, with 3+ years of relevant commercial experience in the international airfare, cross-border tourism, or travel industries.
