The ideal candidate is a proven revenue generator, respected leader, and deeply networked CRE professional who thrives in a competitive, relationship-driven environment.About the RoleThe Market Leader will be the strategic and cultural anchor for the firm’s Los Angeles expansion. This role blends business development, team leadership, and market execution, ideal for someone who wants the autonomy of building a business with the backing of a national platform.You’ll lead all aspects of growth: recruiting top agents, deepening client relationships, overseeing deal execution, and driving revenue performance across multiple service lines.Key ResponsibilitiesMarket Expansion • Launch and oversee the new Los Angeles office, setting the local growth strategy and market positioning.Revenue Growth • Drive business development efforts and cultivate relationships with owners, operators, investors, and developers across CRE asset classes.Team Building • Recruit, mentor, and retain high-performing brokerage talent; build a culture of collaboration, accountability, and performance.Client Leadership • Serve as a trusted advisor across acquisition, disposition, and capital markets engagements, delivering exceptional client service.Deal Execution & Oversight • Lead high-value transactions while supporting brokers to ensure a healthy and consistent deal pipeline.Cross-Functional Collaboration • Work with the national leadership team to align market initiatives with companywide goals, systems, and best practices.Qualifications• 8+ years of experience in commercial real estate brokerage, capital markets, or investment sales • Proven track record of revenue generation and client development in the LA market • Demonstrated experience recruiting, managing, and developing teams • Entrepreneurial builder with strong networking and business development instincts • Deep knowledge of the Los Angeles CRE landscape and an established network • Active California real estate license required
