Skincare and Wellness: International Business DevelopmentDevelop and implement strategic plans to expand brand presence across Europe and the Middle EastIdentify, build and manage B2B partnerships (distributors, agents, retailers/e-tailers) while representing the brand in business meetings, negotiations and international trade fairsManage sales growth and export operations, including RFP/RFI processes, commercial offers, contracts, customer service, logistics and regulatory complianceConduct market research, monitor industry trends and competitive activity, and evaluate new market opportunitiesLead and coordinate a small business development/export team, provide guidance and mentoring, and ensure achievement of KPIs with regular reporting to the Commercial DirectorRequirementsUniversity degree in Business, Economics, Marketing, International Business or a related fieldProven experience (3-5 years) in export sales, international account management or business development within FMCG or cosmeticsStrong understanding of export procedures, regulations, ERP/CRM systems and digital marketplacesExcellent command of English (written & spoken).
