We aspire to play a leading role in the development of the real estate asset management sector in Greece.Position Overview We’re looking for a reliable individual to join the Valuation and Underwriting team as a Real Estate Valuer. The Valuation and Underwriting team is an integral part of Resolute Cepal Group, enabling the company to make informed and financially sound investment decisions and provide solid advice on the portfolios of real estate collaterals.This is a full time role in the Athens office.Key Responsibilities:Perform and review of valuationsReal Estate advisory activitiesPrepare client presentations and reportsPresenting reports defining project progress, problems and solutionsDevelop business plans and turnaround strategiesBuild financial models (in Excel and/or other tools) and performing related financial analysisBuild and maintain relationships with local authorities e.g. planning authority, land registry, as well as the external network of professionalsProfessional Experience and Qualifications:University Graduate in the area of Real Estate or related fields (e.g. Real Estate Management, Civil Engineering, Planning & Development, Property Appraisal).
