In this role, you will analyze market and network data to uncover growth opportunities and recommend strategies for development and optimization. Your insights will drive the effective placement of OPAP products and services, enhancing our physical footprint and overall performance. With MRICS certification, this team member brings advanced expertise in property-related decisions and market awareness, adding depth and credibility to our strategic choices.Your day to day will include:Leading scouting efforts and assessing the commercial potential of locations to support network expansionScouting and evaluating available properties in targeted areas through coordination with real estate agents and local field visits, supporting the implementation of the network development strategy in alignment with the sales team and interested agentsChallenging the status quo in certain areas by exploring ways to increase product presence and ensure optimum placementHaving a strong understanding of market prices and area-specific trends to inform strategic decisionsContributing to the design and updating of the x-channel network development strategy (OS, PS, Tora, HL), proposing the most profitable network changes (relocations, renovations, new stores, etc.) to drive decisions on network growth and ensure proper customer experienceAnalyzing and assessing geospatial data and market trends to support network analysis and physical footprint optimization, using GIS tools and identifying opportunities for growthMonitoring the implementation of Network Development KPIs, measuring the upside of network changes, and fine-tuning the methodology used accordinglyCoordinating closely with brokers and internal stakeholders to guide property-related choices with accurate market inputSupporting sales teams and agents by issuing the necessary documents from urban planning offices through online applications or onsite visitsWhat you need to succeed: BSc in Statistics, Information technology, Business Administration, Engineering, Mathematics, or Finance3+ years of hands-on experience in data analytics, statistics, network planning and reportingVery good communication and interpersonal skillsAnalytical and conceptual thinkingAbility to prioritize effectively and multi-taskProblem solving and flexibilityAchievement orientationTeamwork and cooperationKnowledge of geodata analysis tools or ArcGis will be considered as a plusAdvanced communications skills both in Greek & English languageSolid MS Office skills (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)What’s in it for you?An award-winning working environment 🚀State of the art facilities including gym & restaurant 🏢Hybrid working model 💻Competitive salary package and bonus scheme 💸Health insurance coverage & Pension Plan 🙏Monthly food allowance 🍴Continuous learning with classroom/digital trainings by OpapAcademy 🎓Internal Career Opportunities 💼Well-Being Activities 💪OPAP Group is an equal opportunity employerDoes this sound like you?
