Full company information will be shared with shortlisted candidates under confidentiality.Role OverviewThe International Business Manager will lead commercial expansion and strategic partnerships across North America, Latin America, and Europe. This role is responsible for driving market growth, managing key distributors, and establishing strong commercial frameworks aligned with global business objectives.Key ResponsibilitiesDevelop and execute regional business strategies for the Americas and Europe.Identify, evaluate, and onboard distributors, retailers, and strategic partners.Build and maintain long-term commercial relationships in assigned markets.Monitor market trends, competitor activities, regulatory landscapes, and growth opportunities.Drive annual and quarterly sales targets with strong commercial planning.Conduct regular performance reviews with partners and propose actionable improvements.Collaborate closely with Marketing, Finance, Supply Chain, and Product teams to support global launches.Represent the company in international exhibitions, trade shows, and market visits.Ensure all international market activities align with brand guidelines and compliance standards.RequirementsBachelor’s Degree in Business, Marketing, International Relations, or related fields.Minimum 5–7 years of experience in international business development, export, or regional commercial roles.Strong exposure or network in Americas and European markets (FMCG/beauty/consumer goods preferred).Demonstrated success in managing distributors and commercial negotiations.Excellent communication, presentation, and cross-cultural management skills.Fluent in English; additional languages (Spanish/French/German) are an advantage.Willingness to travel internationally.Based in South Jakarta or open to relocate.Why Join UsHigh-impact regional role with international exposure.Opportunity to shape market expansion across multiple continents.Dynamic, fast-growing environment within a global FMCG group.Confidentiality DisclaimerThis recruitment process is conducted under strict confidentiality.
