Full-Time | Onsite | Vacancies: 10Location: Gulshan-2, DhakaStart Date: ImmediateSalary: BDT 20,000 – 30,000 + Performance Bonus (BDT 10,000 per qualified client conversion)About SilicornyaSilicornya Ltd. is a next-generation software development company empowering businesses across the US, UK, and the Middle East to design, build, and scale world-class digital products.We help companies turn ideas into innovation - from custom web, mobile, and desktop applications to enterprise-grade ERP, CRM, SCADA, and SaaS platforms.Our team of 57+ skilled developers, designers, and strategists works collaboratively to deliver cutting-edge, scalable, and high-impact technology solutions that transform industries and fuel digital growth.We are now expanding our global sales division and looking for ambitious professionals who want to grow their careers in international B2B sales and tech communication.Position OverviewAs an International Cold Caller, you will be the voice of Silicornya, connecting with global business owners, CEOs, and IT decision-makers.Your mission: open doors, build relationships, and set qualified meetings for our strategy and business development teams.You’ll engage with leads through calls, emails, and LinkedIn, introducing them to Silicornya’s world-class software capabilities.This is not just a calling job; it’s a chance to represent a global tech brand, master communication strategy, and build a strong international sales career.Key Responsibilities:Lead Generation & OutreachMake 400 outbound calls daily using pre-qualified lead data and CRM tools.Initiate conversations with business owners, startup founders, and IT decision-makers.Qualify leads using BANT or CHAMP frameworks (Budget, Authority, Need, Timeline).Set and confirm qualified appointments for our international strategy and sales teams.Communication & ConversionCommunicate fluently in English (C1/C2 level) with a confident, natural tone.Present Silicornya’s services, including web development, mobile app development, Custom all types of software development, and enterprise software solutions, clearly and persuasively.Handle objections professionally (e.g., “We already have a tech partner”, “Send info”) using logical, value-based responses.CRM & Follow-Up ManagementUpdate all call details, follow-ups, and outcomes in the CRM (HubSpot, Pipedrive, or GoHighLevel).Maintain 95%+ data accuracy and ensure 100% of follow-ups are completed within 24 hours.Nurture leads through email and LinkedIn follow-up sequences.Collaboration & Continuous ImprovementWork closely with Silicornya’s international sales, marketing, and technical teams.Contribute to refining call scripts, value propositions, and sales messaging based on live feedback.Participate in training and performance reviews to consistently improve conversion ratios.Requirements:Must-Have:2-3 years of experience in B2B cold calling, appointment setting, or telesales, preferably for IT, SaaS, or software development companies.Strong communication and interpersonal skills with near-native English fluency.Proven track record of booking 5 - 10+ qualified meetings per week with international prospects.Understanding of consultative selling, not just scripted conversations.Familiarity with CRM systems like HubSpot, Pipedrive, or GoHighLevel.Ability to manage time efficiently and thrive in a target-oriented environment.Nice to Have:Prior experience working with a Software company or Marketing agencies.Knowledge of web app, mobile app, Desktop app development, ERP, CRM, or any enterprise software.Comfortable adapting sales approaches to different industries and buyer personas.Compensation & Incentives:Base Salary: 20,000 – BDT. 30,000 (monthly, based on experience)Performance Bonus: BDT. 10,000 per qualified conversionMonthly Leaderboard Rewards: For top performersCareer Growth: Opportunity to move up to Team Leader / SDR Manager / International Sales Executive rolesEmployee Benefits:Free food and beverages.Flexible annual leave policy.Two festival bonuses annually.Supportive and conducive working environment.Training and development opportunities.Red Flags (Please Don’t Apply If): ✖ You depend on reading scripts word-for-word ✖ You struggle with handling rejections ✖ You don’t update CRM or follow up consistentlyWhy Work with Silicornya:Work with a global tech company serving clients across 3 continentsPerformance-based bonuses on top of a stable base salaryOpportunity to learn about software solutions, SaaS, and IT sales firsthandGrowth-focused culture with continuous training and skill developmentA collaborative team environment that values results, creativity, and accountabilityHow to Apply:Only shortlisted candidates will be contacted by Team Silicornya.Apply Now: Interview Application Form:https://forms.gle/BNgpS1KEahH7kmn49
