International Future Leadership Programme – UK → GlobalLocations: UK (Maidenhead, Berkshire), followed by opportunities in overseas territories (UAE, Saudi Arabia, Qatar, Philippines, Netherlands, APAC) or within UK expansion roles.Starting Salary: £35,000 + excellent benefitsMCFT is continuing to expand across the UK and internationally, and we are now seeking motivated, capable individuals who are ready to step into future leadership and commercial management roles. This structured programme is designed for people with early career leadership experience who want to accelerate their development and ultimately take on responsibility within an MCFT territory team or support our growing UK operations.If you thrive on challenge, enjoy working to goals, and want a career that offers both progression and adventure, this programme could be the ideal next step.The ProgrammeInitially you will be based in the UK, gaining experience of MCFT’s core business with an overall focus on Business Development.
