International Operations Specialist (Greek Language)

About the Role: Speedy AD, one of the leading and fastest-growing courier companies in Bulgaria, is looking for an International Operations Specialist with Greek language skills to join our International Operations team. The position is ideal for a motivated and communicative professional focused on achieving high results and delivering excellent customer service. Main Responsibilities: Handle customer inquiries and requests received via email, web contact forms, or phone Provide full information regarding pricing, delivery times, shipment contents, packaging, and labeling for international deliveries Advise customers on documentation requirements for international shipments Identify customer needs and offer appropriate logistics solutions Resolve issues that may arise during transportation or after delivery Coordinate and monitor the handling of international shipments, assisting other departments when necessary Provide status updates, clarify details, and ensure optimal planning and organization of deliveries Who we are looking for: Profile Excellent command of Greek and English (both written and spoken); a third language will be considered an advantage Previous experience in customer service or client communication Strong problem-solving and decision-making skills Excellent computer literacy (MS Word, Excel, Outlook) Strong communication skills and a customer-oriented mindset What we offer: Engaging and dynamic work environment in a large, successful, and rapidly growing company Comprehensive training and opportunities for professional growth Competitive remuneration package linked to performance
