Youll help users of digital services get the most out of their solutions, work in a dynamic international setting and benefit from relocation support to a vibrant European capital.Important: Candidates must hold an EU passport or a valid work permit for Bulgaria.Key ResponsibilitiesDeliver professional support for digital products and services to Slovak-speaking users via email, chat and phone.Efficiently use CRM/ticketing systems and adhere to internal service processes and SLAs.Resolve customer inquiries promptly, aiming for first-contact resolution and maintaining high satisfaction rates.Collaborate with team members to share best practices, update knowledge base documentation and continuously improve service.Stay up-to-date with product changes and evolving service protocols in a fast-moving tech support environment.Meet performance targets (e.g., handling time, resolution metrics, user satisfaction) in a multilingual setting.RequirementsNative or near-native Slovak and excellent English (both written and spoken).Strong customer-service orientation you enjoy helping others, communicating clearly and solving problems.Able to follow structured guides/processes, use support software comfortably and adapt quickly to new tools.Quick learner, flexible and comfortable working in a multicultural team environment.Previous experience in customer support/help desk is a plus but not mandatory.Must be willing to work onsite in Sofia and relocate if not already based there.EU citizenship or valid Bulgarian work permit required.
