You will act as the first point of contact for users, ensuring quick, efficient, and empathetic resolution to their concerns.*Key Responsibilities* • Deliver exceptional non-technical customer support and troubleshooting across Google products (e.g., GPay, Play Store, and related services). • Communicate effectively with users in your primary language and English. • Identify, analyse, and resolve user issues while maintaining high customer satisfaction. • Collaborate with internal teams to improve processes and ensure consistent service quality.*Language Proficiency Requirements (minimum C1 / Native Level)*We are looking for candidates with multilingual fluency in one of the following combinations: 1. Dutch (Primary) + English (Fluent) 2. Danish (Primary) + English (Fluent) 3. Irish (Primary) + English (Fluent) 4. Icelandic (Primary) + English (Fluent)*Experience & Eligibility* • Minimum 2 years of experience in Customer Support or Non-Technical Troubleshooting roles. • Strong familiarity with digital platforms and Google products preferred. • Excellent communication and problem-solving skills. • Must be an EEA/Europe citizen or authorised to work within the EEA/Europe. • Willingness to relocate and work from office in Bulgaria (relocation benefits provided).*Relocation & Benefits*Relocation Assistance: Provided for eligible EEA/Europe citizens or authorised workers relocating to Bulgaria.Welcome Bonus: BGN 3,000 (one-time bonus for immediate joiners available to start by 13th November 2025).Work Mode: On-site (Work from office, Bulgaria).*Why Join*1.
