Find us wherever there's a challenge to be tackled and an impact to be made.Our Digital & Technology (D&T) Platforms team is seeking experienced consultants with expertise in Customer Relationship Management (CRM) platforms to join our growing practice.You’ll work on international projects, learn cutting-edge tools, and be part of a forward-thinking and innovative consultancy.In our D&T Platforms practice, we work with global organisations to design and deliver complex CRM transformations that enhance customer engagement and drive business growth. From strategy to execution, we go beyond technology to address commercial, organisational, and cultural dynamics – enabling businesses to realise tangible results. You’ll have the opportunity to team up with Baringa’s global network of experts, delivering projects that span industries, geographies, and customer profiles.What you will be doingRoleIn joining our collaborative and expanding Platforms team, you will help clients harness the power of CRM platforms to create seamless, personalised customer experiences. Your role will include:Collaborating with clients to shape their customer experience strategies, advising on how CRM platforms can enhance customer engagement across digital and traditional channels.Facilitating workshops with clients and stakeholders, using visualisations and prototypes to develop actionable ideas.Helping clients define technology and customer experience roadmaps aligned with their business objectives.Guiding the design and delivery of CRM solutions, mobilising high-performing teams while collaborating with CRM providers and third-party partners.Providing insights on CRM platform capabilities, showing clients how to unlock business value from platforms like Salesforce, Microsoft Dynamics, or ServiceNow.Leading projects as a Product Owner or Functional Consultant to ensure successful delivery.Advising on advanced functionalities such as AI, data-driven insights, and sales automation to modernise operations.Supporting the growth of Baringa’s Platforms team in Bulgaria, taking part in business development activities and mentoring junior consultants. Your Skills And ExperienceIf you have CRM expertise with consulting or project/transformation based experience, and a passion for innovation and client delivery, we want to hear from you. Our ideal candidates will have the following:Strong experience in initiating, designing and delivering CRM implementation projects with platforms such as Salesforce, Microsoft Dynamics, or ServiceNow.A deep understanding of how CRM platforms drive digital transformation and business modernisation.Functional expertise across Sales, Service, Marketing, and data-driven capabilities such as AI and analytics.Excellent leadership, communication, and teamwork skills, with the ability to work across diverse teams and stakeholders.A drive to continuously learn and grow, with a collaborative mindset to mentor junior team members.Fluency in English (additional languages are a bonus).Prior international consulting experience or exposure to global companies is highly valued What a career at Baringa will give youPutting People First.BenefitsBaringa is a People First company and wellbeing is at the forefront of our culture.
