Position Title: International Partnerships SpecialistEmployment Type: Full-timeSupervisor: International Partnerships Advisor – The AssociationMonthly Salary: To be determined based on the interview Overall Purpose of the Position:The International Partnerships Specialist will work as part of the International Relations Team within the Association. The role aims to strengthen coordination, communication, and collaboration with international and regional donor organizations, and to identify and attract funding opportunities aligned with the Association’s strategic areas of work and development programs.  Duties and Responsibilities:Under the supervision of the International Partnerships Advisor and in close coordination with team members, the International Partnerships Specialist will be responsible for the following tasks:Monitor and identify available funding opportunities from international and regional donors and review the relevant guidelines and eligibility criteria for grant applications.Coordinate with the Marketing and Media Department to prepare tailored organizational profiles and information packages for each targeted donor.Initiate communication with donor representatives to introduce the Association and build positive working relationships.Complete pre-registration processes on donor platforms that require prior registration (e.g., PADOR system of the European Union, WFP partner registration platform, etc.).Draft concept notes and full project proposals to be submitted to donor organizations.Coordinate with the Finance Department to prepare project budgets in line with donor requirements.Follow up with donors during the project proposal evaluation and review stages.Supervise and support the implementation and management of approved projects in accordance with the agreed work plans and budgets.Prepare and submit periodic technical and financial reports to donors and partners. Qualifications and Requirements:Bachelor’s degree in International Relations, Political Science, Business Administration, or a related field.Minimum of two (2) years of relevant professional experience in international relations, grant management, or project proposal writing.Good understanding of the charitable sector and civil society organizations.Excellent command of English (spoken and written); knowledge of an additional language is an asset.Strong skills in report writing and presentation preparation.Demonstrated ability to work collaboratively within a team and under direct supervision.Preference will be given to candidates residing in Greater Cairo or nearby areas. Application Procedure:Interested candidates are invited to send their CV (Curriculum Vitae) to the following email address: info@alorman.org
