Job DescriptionLocation: several locations across PolandClinic Type: Private Renal Care FacilityEmployment Type: Both Part-time and Full time available OverviewA well-established private clinic specializing in kidney care and dialysis is seeking a qualified Nephrologist or Internist to join its medical team across their 50+ clinics in Poland. Key Responsibilities Clinical CareProvide comprehensive medical care to patients undergoing dialysis and other renal therapies. Conduct diagnostic evaluations, order and interpret tests, and develop individualized treatment plans. Prepare patients for renal replacement therapies and transplantation, ensuring they are informed about procedures, risks, and outcomes. Preventive & Therapeutic MeasuresIdentify health risks and implement preventive strategies for dialysis patients. Initiate and manage therapeutic interventions related to kidney function and associated conditions. Operational DutiesSupervise medical staff in the absence of the clinic director. Participate in clinical research and contribute to continuous improvement initiatives. Candidate Profile QualificationsMedical degree with specialization in Nephrology or Internal Medicine. Candidates in their final year of residency or recent graduates with relevant experience are welcome. Licensing & ComplianceMust be eligible for registration with the Polish National Health Fund (NFZ). Clean professional and legal record required. Fluency in Polish is essential.
