Role: Analyst, Investments Department: Investments & Business Development Contract: Internship (6 months) – January 2026 About Us Founded in 1968 in London, DTZ Investors (“DTZ I”) has been a pioneer in the real estate investment & asset management sector managing international investors’ exposure to local real estate markets across risk profiles and products for more than 50 years. Part of the Cushman & Wakefield Group (NYSE: CWK) since 2015, DTZ I manages c. €13Bn AuM spread across the UK, Europe and the APAC region on behalf of international investors including institutional and PE funds.Job Description The Analyst will be evolving within an agile team with an entrepreneurial and fast-paced environment where rigor, business ownership and discipline will be paramount to the success of the intern. The successful analyst will be expected to assist in and perform the following: • Analysis and underwriting of investment opportunities across risk profiles and products; • Preparation of investors presentations including IMs, One-Pagers and ICs; • Preparation of market analysis and targeted strategic studies at investors’ demand; • Contribution to the overall structuring of transactions and the implementation of financing; • Monitoring and coordinating service providers during due diligence phases (notaries, lawyers, tax specialists, technical and environmental auditors, real estate valuers, etc.);• Participate in the development of the company's business by preparing presentations and investment strategies for prospective clients (RFPs etc.); • Maintaining and updating the investment pipeline and database. Profile • Strong academics (leading business or engineering school, university, etc.) preferably with a major in Finance or Real Estate; • Previous experience in real estate (asset manager, private equity fund, investment bank, etc.) or M&A is required; • Fluency in English (written and spoken) is a plus, French is mandatory; • Excellent knowledge of MS Excel and cash flow modelling techniques (DCF, IRR etc.) and PowerPoint; • Highly autonomous, rigorous, dynamic, and excellent interpersonal skills.
