You’ll gain hands-on experience in customer communication, case management, and healthcare support processes within a leading global organizationWhat You Do Handle inbound and outbound customer calls with professionalism and care. Support the team with case follow-ups, documentation, and data updates. Assist in coordinating with internal departments for timely resolution of requests. Contribute to improving customer satisfaction and service efficiency.What You Bring Bahraini nationals only 🇧🇭 Bachelor’s degree (medical or health-related background preferred). Strong communication and time-management skills. Proficiency in MS Office (Excel, Word, Outlook).
