We are an online and catalog marketplace offering a curated collection of the finest family of plus size brands and thousands of products.POSITION SUMMARY:The Inventory Planner will support the strategic initiatives for item inventory plans within their division; while ensuring the accuracy and consistency of all plans, revisions and projects developed. The Inventory Planner will be responsible for managing sales and inventory profit financial plans for their assigned categories. Inventory Planners are responsible for analyzing, identifying and communicating sales opportunities and providing risk-mitigating recommendations. Focus is on maximizing profitability while aligning with total company goals, divisional goals and customer expectations.PRIMARY RESPONSIBILITIES:• Partner with category Merchants and Inventory Planning Leader to develop plans for future seasons• Ownership of the creation of bottom-up pre-season sales, margin, AUR and inventory plans by categories, style, size and color• Responsible for running weekly, monthly and quarterly reporting and providing business updates on forecast, identifying trends, and highlighting selling that exceeds or falls short of expectations• Analyze product performance and provide insights to cross-functional partners on historical and trend performance to create seasonal assortment plans – including sales and receipts in print and digital channels• Propose pricing, markdown and promotional strategies to maximize profitability on the life of an item or category; provide pricing and margin dollar gain/loss scenarios• Determine inventory buy in alignment with demand plan and issue/amend purchase orders as needed• Develop future replenishment forecasts, continuously monitor performance and reorder to ensure appropriate in-stock inventory levels• Review top backorder and anticipated back-order items to track shipments, identify priority purchase orders and expedite with sourcing/logistics partner• Initiate actions with cross-functional partners regarding potential sales risks or opportunities and suggest changes to course of action for both current and future quarters• Prepare sales, margin and inventory forecast for monthly open-to-buy forecast meetings for current yearMINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS:• Bachelor's degree and 2-4 years of experience in Merchandise Planning, Forecasting, Demand Planning or other related Field required• Strong analytical skills and business acumen; ability to use data to derive critical and meaningful insights to business performance and opportunities• Experience applying business results and metrics to drive action plans that encourage growth and mitigate risks• Experience identifying areas of operational efficiency and making recommendations to resolve• Ability to develop collaborative relationships with key partners to drive quality decisions• Experience communicating business impacts to partners in formal and informal settings using written and oral methods• Strong proficiency in Excel and experience in enterprise planning systems preferred• Ensure consistency in thought processes and best practices approach in team and with Planning PartnersWHY JOIN FULLBEAUTY?Competitive Health Benefits (Medical, Dental & Vision)Employer HSA Contribution401K MatchEmployee Assistance ProgramHybrid Work Schedule (Corporate)Business Casual AttireWellness Initiatives30% Associate Merchandise Discount Across our Family of BrandsEmployee Discount on Travel, Cell Phone Plans and MoreGenerous Paid Time Off ProgramPromote From Within CultureCommitment to Being an Equal Opportunity EmployerLife Insurance BenefitsInternal charity that supports FULLBEAUTY Brands’ associates and their immediate family members during times of extreme hardshipFULLBEAUTY Brands™ is an Equal Opportunity Employer.
