Unconstrained demand is built bottom‑up at regional/channel level, constraint is applied top‑down, and consensus reconciles both into the S&OP cycle. This role is the engine that drives planning through the control towers, ensuring commercial guardrails, inventory readiness, and timing alignment are achieved.Key ResponsibilitiesGovernGovern planning process, system integrity, and analytical standards.Govern reporting outputs in Power BI and SAP B1 for demand forecast visibility.Govern OTB constraint, aligning demand to financial guardrails.Govern S&OP sign‑off, holding accountability for consensus plan approval.OrchestrateSupport medium‑ to long‑range planning that enables a solid forecast and demand plan.Build unconstrained demand bottom‑up at brand, category, regional, and channel level; consolidate into a single view.Reconcile unconstrained demand with top‑down constraint to drive demand consensus.Activate the supply plan that triggers purchase requirements and executional timing to deliver ATS.Align purchase flows and replenishment to sustain ATS across nodes and regions. Balance EOQ/MOQ and lead‑time requirements to optimise inventory positioning.Provide visibility of purchase flows, supplier readiness, and inbound timing to the control towers.Escalate demand/supply variances and trigger corrective actions to protect ATS.Maintain dashboards and reporting cadence for demand, supply, and purchase execution.Skills & ExperienceExperience:Inventory & Supply Chain ExpertiseDemand Planning, Supply Planning & ReplenishmentForecast Accuracy, Bias Management, S&OP, OTB, ATSCommercially Aware, Carry-Over Product, Retail WHS & DTC, high SU count multi-brand, fastmoving-multi-node warehouse network with global market.Data Architecture & EngineeringMS Fabric Ecosystem, OneLake, Data Marts, LakehouseETL/ETL pipeline designSQL / Python for Data Manipulation & ModellingDimensional Modelling and Performance OptimisationAnalytics & Forecasting at ScaleVisualisation & CommunicationGovernance & CollaborationTechnical: Microsoft Office Suite, Advanced Excel, MS Fabric, Power BI;; SAP B1; PLM-DESL proficiency.Education: Tertiary qualification in a computer science/commercial/numerical discipline, OR 15+ years equivalent life experience.Strengths: Analytical rigor, system governance, financial alignment, structured communication, enabling supply plans that drive ATS.Key Measurables (KPIs)Commercial: Stock Turn & OTB adherence (% variance vs guardrails).Inventory: ATS achievement (% purchase requirements delivered to plan).Time: S&OP cycle sign‑off timeliness (% on‑time consensus).If this sounds like the right role for you – please submit your application including your resume and cover letter today.
