The team is made up of curious problem-solvers who take pride in delivering excellence and continuous improvement.What You’ll Do:Manage inventory operations for field teams, including materials, smart home tech, and repair toolsTrack inventory levels and notify the Inventory Supervisor of low stock or replenishment needsAssist with purchasing materials for maintenance and construction projects following approved processesSupport monthly inventory reconciliations and assist accounting with variance resolutionPartner with construction and maintenance leaders to forecast future inventory needsOversee fleet management for field vehicles, including maintenance scheduling and policy complianceMonitor telematics and GPS tracking systems to ensure efficient and compliant fleet usageMaintain accurate data in the third-party inventory management systemIdentify inefficiencies and recommend process improvementsContribute to special projects and initiatives as assignedWhat You Bring:2+ years of experience in inventory, logistics, or fleet management (SFR or property management preferred)Strong proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, Outlook, Word)Exceptional attention to detail, accuracy, and organizationA proactive, motivated self-starter who thrives in fast-paced environmentsExcellent written and verbal communication skillsAdaptable and comfortable managing ambiguity and changeLocation & Schedule:This position is based at the client’s downtown Dallas office.
