The company is committed to creating and nurturing innovative spaces that align with customer aspirations for a fulfilling life.Role SummaryThe Investment Advisor will serve as a key resource for the Property Sector, dedicated to gearing the business toward successfully executing and maximizing value from a number of Property Development Projects in Colombo and suburbs. This role is highly target-driven, focusing on securing high-value investments across various customer segments.Job ProfileSales Target Achievement: Achieve the stipulated sales targets by identifying prospective clients through various lead generation methods and tapping into new customer segments.Documentation Coordination: Coordinate proactively with the Finance and Legal departments to arrange necessary documentation for investment and sales transactions.Sales Services: Ensure high quality and responsive after-sales services to match the customer requirement, coordinating these services between the relevant internal and external parties.Grievance Management: Direct customer complaints to relevant parties, ensuring diligent follow-up and providing timely responses to customers without undue delays.RequirementsA minimum of 2 years of experience in a sales/investment related role.Previous experience in handling a high-value investment advisor role will be considered a significant advantage.A Higher educational or a professional qualification in Marketing/Economics is required.Excellent communication skills.Strong negotiation skills.Highly developed interpersonal skills.
