Senior Technical Lead - JavaResponsibilities Design and architect scalable, secure, and high-performance enterprise applications using Java and Spring Boot.Establish technology standards, best practices, and architectural guidelines across multiple projects.Lead architecture reviews and provide strong technical direction to development teams.Work closely with stakeholders to translate business needs into robust, scalable technical solutions.Evaluate new and emerging technologies, assessing their suitability and impact on business goals.Stay updated with industry trends and recommend strategic technology adoptions.Design cloud-native architectures and oversee cloud migration initiatives.Implement Infrastructure as Code (IaC) and containerization strategies.Ensure efficient cloud resource usage and effective cost optimization.Architect multi-cloud and hybrid-cloud solutions when appropriate.Drive automation throughout the software development lifecycle.Design and implement CI/CD pipelines and automated testing frameworks.Lead infrastructure automation and deployment orchestration efforts.Foster a strong DevOps culture and promote best practices within development teams.Collaborate closely with product managers, business analysts, and cross-functional stakeholders.Lead technical discussions and facilitate informed architectural decision-making.Expected Profile Minimum of 8 years of experience in software development and solution architecture.Expert-level proficiency in Java, Spring Boot, and related ecosystems.Proven experience in the fintech domain, with solid understanding of financial systems, compliance, and security standards.Strong background in cloud development using AWS, Azure, or Google Cloud Platform.Hands-on experience with automation and DevOps practices.Deep understanding of microservices architecture and distributed systems.Experience with cloud services, containerization (Docker, Kubernetes), and serverless technologies.Proficiency with automation tools such as Jenkins, GitLab CI, Terraform, and Ansible.Strong knowledge of SQL and NoSQL database technologies.Familiarity with RESTful API design and modern integration patterns.Demonstrated leadership skills with the ability to guide and influence technical teams.Experience working in Agile / Scrum environments.Advanced certifications in major cloud platforms are an added advantage.Share your updated CV to careers@talentexpress.lkFollow our LinkedIn page for upcoming vacancies WhatsApp – 0779 391 791 Web - www.talentexpress.lk
