Solutions ArchitectThe Solutions Architect will oversee converged charging operations while contributing to architectural and strategic decision-making to support organizational objectives. This role is responsible for ensuring high system availability, leading feasibility assessments and implementations for new products and services, managing operational resources, and collaborating with cross-functional teams to recommend and deliver optimal solutions.Responsibilities Ensure 99.9999% uptime of Charging & Billing (C1) systems through effective team leadership, KPI management, and proactive system monitoring.Plan, upgrade, and maintain CBS and OCS platforms, including system enhancements, bug fixes, and new change requests.Manage tariff, rating, and product configurations—such as tax, rate, and quota revisions—within agreed SLAs.Lead feasibility assessments and end-to-end implementation of new products and services, ensuring all approvals, documentation, and security requirements are fulfilled.Coordinate with technical teams, vendors, and HR for daily operations, system support, and training needs.Analyze customer usage trends and implement preventive actions to reduce complaints and service disruptions.Drive charging domain strategies in alignment with organizational goals and ensure architectural governance across new initiatives.Assess and adopt modern telco capabilities and emerging technologies (RPA, AI, Cloud, Containerization) to enhance system performance and efficiency.Manage OCS/core charging projects, including scope definition, solution architecture, resource management, and on-time delivery.Oversee OSS–OCS integrations, RAFM-related developments, monitoring scripts, dashboards, and peripheral system management.Provide strategic guidance for both BP and non-BP projects, including enhancements to the SMP platform.Continuously refine the organization’s technology blueprint and allocate resources to support operational excellence and scalable growth.𝗘𝘅𝗽𝗲𝗰𝘁𝗲𝗱 𝗣𝗿𝗼𝗳𝗶𝗹𝗲Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field; a Master’s degree is an added advantage.Minimum of 6 years of related experience.Relevant professional certifications are preferred.Strong understanding of telecommunication technologies and charging systems.Experience with 𝗿𝗲𝗮𝗹-𝘁𝗶𝗺𝗲 𝘀𝘆𝘀𝘁𝗲𝗺𝘀, 𝗽𝗮𝘆𝗺𝗲𝗻𝘁 𝗴𝗮𝘁𝗲𝘄𝗮𝘆𝘀, 𝗟𝗶𝗻𝘂𝘅 𝗲𝗻𝘃𝗶𝗿𝗼𝗻𝗺𝗲𝗻𝘁𝘀, 𝗖𝗹𝗼𝘂𝗱 (𝗔𝘇𝘂𝗿𝗲/𝗔𝗪𝗦), 𝗖𝗜/𝗖𝗗, 𝗰𝗼𝗻𝘁𝗮𝗶𝗻𝗲𝗿𝗶𝘇𝗲𝗱 𝗱𝗲𝗽𝗹𝗼𝘆𝗺𝗲𝗻𝘁𝘀, 𝗮𝗻𝗱 𝗢𝗿𝗮𝗰𝗹𝗲 / 𝗱𝗮𝘁𝗮𝗯𝗮𝘀𝗲𝘀.Knowledge of modern IT trends and their applicability in large-scale environments.Familiarity with network architecture, business strategy, and billing ecosystems.Share your updated CV to careers@talentexpress.lkFollow our LinkedIn page for upcoming vacancies WhatsApp – 0779 391 791Web - www.talentexpress.lk
