Investment Analyst - Structured Credit Team (Buy Side role)

Job ResponsibilitiesSupport towards Due Diligence, Sector Coverage and Business DevelopmentSupport the team in financial and commercial due diligence of the clients including analysis and interpretation of financial statements including preparing trading and transaction comparable, modeling & valuations and benchmarking for companies.Participation with the team in business development activities to reach out to potential clients.Preparing internal documents and memos / pitches for prospective deal situations with strong qualitative and quantitative analysisCreating a well-rounded information base around the select vertical(s) and the businesses that allows the team to identify key trends, drivers, viewpoint on the future trajectory, etc.Comfortable in undertaking multi-source research from databases, analyst coverages, industry and company reportsDeal ExecutionCollateral preparation including detailed financial model, investor memorandum, valuation materials, data book with analysis and insights.Manage the due diligence process, gradually front end the relationship with the respective client representativesAssist in the overall deal coordination with the senior team in monitoring the portfolioExperience and Skills RequiredPrior Private Credit/related financial services experience (at least 1 year) is required. CA candidates will be preferredShould be a self-starter with a high energy level, orientation for excellence, accountability, and entrepreneurial mindsetExcellent written & spoken English is a must
