Investment Analyst Intern

We are looking for a full-time, paid Investment Analyst Intern to join our team at Australasian Property Group in Singapore.The intern will work closely with our Directors and Investment Manager, gaining hands-on experience in market research, financial analysis, financial modeling, and portfolio management within the real estate investment sector. This is an on-site role.Key Responsibilities:Conduct market research and analyze financial dataSupport financial modeling efforts for ongoing and new investment projectsAssist in portfolio management and project evaluationsParticipate in the preparation of investment reports and presentationsQualifications:Strong analytical skills and experience in investmentsProficiency in finance and financial modelingSkills in portfolio managementKnowledge of real estate markets is an advantageProficiency in Microsoft Excel and related softwareExcellent written and verbal communication skillsCurrently pursuing or recently completed a Bachelor's degree in Finance, Economics, Real Estate, or a related fieldMust be able to commit to a full-time, on-site internship (Monday–Friday)Students must be eligible and able to obtain a Leave of Absence (LOA) from their university for the internship periodInternship Duration: 1 January 2026 – 30 June 2026Location: SingaporeType: Full-time, Paid Internship
