We combine rigorous investing with hands-on operational support to help portfolio companies grow and thrive.Role OverviewWe are seeking a highly motivated Investment Analyst to join our growing team. The Analyst will work closely with partners on all aspects of the investment lifecycle - from sourcing and evaluating opportunities, to supporting live transactions, to helping portfolio companies scale. This is a unique opportunity to gain exposure to both private equity-style investing and hands-on operating work in small and mid-sized businesses.Key ResponsibilitiesDeal Evaluation & DiligenceAnalyze company financials, build models, and assess valuation. Conduct industry research to identify trends and competitive positioning. Review CIMs, prepare investment memos, and support negotiations. Transaction ExecutionAssist in structuring and closing transactions. Support legal, financial, and operational due diligence processes. Portfolio Company SupportPartner with management teams on strategic and operational initiatives. Track performance metrics and identify opportunities for value creation. Market Research & SourcingResearch fragmented industries (e.g., business services, healthcare services, consumer services). Support sourcing of acquisition targets and relationship-building with founders, advisors, and brokers. Qualifications1–3 years of experience in investment banking, private equity, consulting, or a related analytical role. Strong financial modeling, valuation, and Excel skills. Excellent communication skills and ability to synthesize complex information. Entrepreneurial, resourceful, and comfortable working in a small-team environment. Bachelor’s degree in finance, economics, business, or a related field; advanced degree a plus. What we offerDirect mentorship from partners with institutional investing and operating backgrounds.
