Investment Analyst / AssociateLocation: Dubai or Abu Dhabi, United Arab EmiratesLevel: Associate / Analyst (1–5 years' experience)Function: Investments, Advisory, Principal TransactionsEmployment Type: Full-timeThe OpportunityA globally active investment platform is expanding its presence in the United Arab Emirates and is looking to hire multiple high-performing Investment Analysts and Associates in Dubai and Abu Dhabi.The firm operates at the intersection of developed and emerging markets, advising on and investing in complex, cross-border transactions. With a lean team and institutional-level execution, it provides services spanning strategic advisory, capital solutions, and principal investments for a client base that includes sovereign investors, family offices, corporates, and financial sponsors.This is a unique opportunity to work alongside senior leadership on live deals, gain hands-on exposure across the full investment lifecycle, and play an active role in shaping the firm’s presence in the region.Role ScopeAs part of a tight-knit investment team, you will work across M&A advisory, capital raising, co-investments, and direct principal transactions. The role involves high-impact, cross-border work where critical thinking, creativity, and technical skill are valued as much as execution horsepower.You’ll contribute meaningfully to both live deals and business development, gaining unmatched visibility and responsibility at an early stage.Key ResponsibilitiesConduct detailed company, sector, and market analysis across a range of industries and geographiesBuild and maintain advanced financial models (DCF, LBO, trading/transaction comps)Prepare internal and client-facing investment materials, including memos and presentationsSupport end-to-end deal execution: due diligence, valuation, negotiations, and documentationTrack regional market dynamics, capital flows, and investment trends across the Middle East and AfricaParticipate in origination efforts, screening opportunities and supporting pitch developmentIdeal Candidate1–5 years of experience in investment banking, private equity, consulting, or strategic advisoryStrong analytical and financial modeling skills; intellectually curious and commercially mindedExposure to cross-border or emerging markets transactions is highly preferredExceptional written and verbal communication skillsComfortable working in a lean, entrepreneurial environment with high expectations and visibilityFluent in English; Arabic, German, French, Mandarin, or other regional languages are a plusBachelor's or Master's degree in Finance, Economics, Business, or related field from a leading institution.
